Journal of Geophysics

The New 2024 marks the 100th anniversary of the Journal of Geophysics — the oldest geophysics periodical in the world and the journal of record for all geophysics. It is no small feat: we are now officially a centennial scholarly journal.

On behalf of all those today involved in maintaining this stunning success story that now spans an entire century, I use this opportunity to wish you all a happy and prosperous New 2024 — may it be as successful!
